Visualise is a growing SME business that specialises in providing a variety of creative and practical design solutions including brand development and website design. The business was started by Richard Hayes in 2004 and has grown from strength to strength.
The Laboratory growth plan helped Richard define the direction he wanted to take with Visualise and put some simple business systems in place to achieve phenomenal growth over a 12 month period. By freeing up his time to work on the business (as opposed to just working in it), Richard was able to realise his vision for Visualise by identifying and implementing the actions needed to get his business where he wanted it to be.
