Working In promotes job opportunities for skilled migrants and returning residents in New Zealand and Australia through magazines, an online presence and at trade expos in a number of different countries. A Deloitte Fast 50 winner, Working In is a rapidly growing business employing more than 30 people.
Working In has used the Laboratory growth planning service on a number of occasions. Most notably, the service was used to help the four original business partners involved in the expo side of the business plan effectively together. With differing views emerging, it was critical to get all the different parties ideas on the table to find a consensus on the way forward. The Laboratory provided a critical independent facilitation service to document the expo growth plan successfully. The company now runs expos in five different countries.
