It’s hard to believe this journey of collaboration began a quarter-century ago. Business Lab was launched with a strong belief that strategic planning could, and should, be an inclusive process focused on empowering people. This meant moving beyond traditional, top-down models to fully involve employees, community groups, and stakeholders in shaping their own future.
